Returns & Refunds
Returns/Refunds are only accepted 14 days after purchase with proof of purchase. Item must be in good condition and have all parts included. Regular wear and tear do not qualify as reason for return. See custom order form for custom item return information.
Lost Packages
I am not responsible for any lost packages or damaged items upon delivery due to shipping carriers. Photos are taken of your items before shipping for liability.
Local Pickup
If you're in Wilmington, NC and would like to pick up your order at one of my pop-up events, please send me a message via my "Contact Me" form. Please allow at least 5 days from an event to place an order so that I have time to make your item if I do not have it on hand.

All shipping rates are automatically calculated and shipped via USPS. Shipping is only availble within the US.
